Apartment Concierge services can be scheduled as a standalone service or added to walkthroughs based on your community’s needs.

All concierge services are limited to operational and presentation support only.

Solutions Property Services does NOT provide:

– Cleaning or janitorial services  

– Maintenance or repairs  

– Property management or tenant services  

– Licensed inspections  

For services outside of this scope, we are happy to coordinate access for your preferred vendors.

Light presentation resets to help keep shared spaces welcoming and tour-ready between scheduled cleanings:

Fitness centers (equipment straightening & visual reset)  

Community kitchens, lounges & seating areas  

Interior windows and high-touch areas (presentation check only)  

Straightening décor and refreshing overall appearance
