Home Watch is a professional visual observation service for homes that are unoccupied for extended periods. During each scheduled visit, Solutions Property Services follows a structured checklist and provides an electronic report with photographs documenting the home’s visible condition.

Home Watch is not a home inspection and does not replace services provided by licensed inspectors, contractors or other qualified professionals.

What We Check During a Home Watch Visit

• HVAC system operation and thermostat settings
• Signs of water leaks or plumbing issues
• Humidity or moisture concerns
• Visible condition of doors, windows and entry points
• Visible pest or mold concerns
• Storm damage or exterior issues
• General visible condition of the property

Following each visit, homeowners receive a photo-documented electronic report.
